Operating as a property and development management company that specialises in the field of healthcare real estate, the partnership combines long dated experience,
a proven track record and specialist skills to support the Fund’s ongoing performance and growth.
The Manager’s primary responsibilities include the day-to-day administration of the Fund, portfolio management, sourcing new opportunities and conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions.
The Manager is also responsible for providing specialist property management, project management, development management and leasing services to the Fund as and when required by the Responsible Entity.
