to APN Funds Management Ltd), provided an ideal opportunity to launch a new independent brand, reinforcing the unique position of the Fund as Australia's
only listed healthcare real estate investment trust.
‘Generation’ is a strong word that is synonymous with creation, innovation and progression.
The term ‘generation’ has several meanings which capture the strategy
and core values of the Fund. In the quest to generate wealth for Unitholders, the
Fund invests in premium healthcare properties that manage the wellbeing of all generations.
While our name has changed, our business operations and Fund structure remain the
same. The highly regarded management team, led by Miles Wentworth (Chief Executive
Officer) and Chris Adams (Director) remains in place, strengthened by a well resourced
and experienced support team under the broader APN Property Group Ltd platform.
The property portfolio and overall Fund strategy to deliver stable and growing returns
